Collette Chamberlain was born in Louisiana but grew up and stayed in New Mexico. She studied graphic design and fine art in college and feels she has been lucky to work in art and craft related jobs . Collette's love of beads and beading have continued to inspire her to create jewelry. She is also a painter and works mainly in oils.
