Robert Montano is a Santa Fe resident and lifelong New Mexican. He was born in Tucumcari and later resided in Las Cruces and Albuquerque. He received a Bachelor Degree in Business Management from New Mexico State University in 1976. Rob worked for the NM Department of Agriculture and retired in 2008.
